Most books teach how to sell a maximum of merchandise or services. The leitmotiv being the more the better. Ethical selling adds some value to unrestricted selling to limit its excesses. Some businesses only sell environmentally friendly products or products made in facilitites for handicapped people. Running your business according to your valures is a great opportunity to being true to yourself and to give testimony of what you stand for.

High temeratures, excessive heat, are detrimental to performance and intellectual vigilance.

It is possible to raise heat resistance by training your body or to get a slimmer body. 

It is possible to reduce heat by ventilating in the late night and early morning hours and to shut the rooms in the hot afternoon hours till sunset.

If you can manage your business and office this way, make some publicity that you respect the environment.

Generally people are convinced that the only thing garage dealers are interested in is their profit margin. Therefore they mistrust garage dealers.
