Some countries just dropped Covid restrictions established 2 years ago.
Were you ready for this moment? ..... or the moment other restrictions or obstacles on your road disappeared?
Were your ready and prepared? ..... or had you just been a sniveller for a much too long time neglecting the
preparation for the good day to come? .... the day of opportunity and liberty!
If your answer is not to your liking, you might profit from asking why you behaved as you did and what you could do differently in the future to get a more satisfying outcome

The older people get the more their real interests are limited to food and social contacts. Young people enter a shop to shop, old ones to chat. If possible orient your markeing efforts to the people who accompany the old, to their children and care givers.

When you are relaxed, your clients will relax too. They will spend more time with you and spend more money. Much more money! When you are with a client, stay in the moment, chill out and enjoy being with your customer. When you are easygoing and enjoying something, you are naturally relaxed.

Sleep. This is not an order, but it is a business necessity. To have clients, you have to know them, and you must be aware what’s going on with their mood, anxieties, resentments and so on. The less or worse you sleep; your brain will always put you first. Only its surplus energy can be used to recognize and treat what is going on around you. When you are sleep deprived it fades the environment out. So, how much sleep do you need? You need to figure it out. A widely reported benchmark is 8 hours per day.

Business as usual can be a wonderful feeling, when things are working just fine, no worries ahead, income, orders and job assured. But dangers which you do not perceive remain dangers. No innovation means having come to halt and being ready to slip into decline. Do you want to be this your next step? If not, double down on continuous improvement and try to spot subtle trends first before your competitors do it.

When things are changing, or dangers loom, your attention is required to handle them. This will use your energy and special attention. The unnoticed consequence of this is, that your will power diminishes rapidly, and you get problems to stay with your good habits. Quite often, you get caught in a downward spiral. When you realize it, the way back to the point where you were before the downfall can be long and frustrating. You can prevent these insidious downward spirals by using performance indicators for your habits. When you notice a slip of performance, analyze the reason for it and take corrective action. This is an emergency; procrastination is not an option. Be aware of it.
